Product/Equipment Testing and Evaluation

HFN can work with designers during the development or retro-fit of products and equipment requiring ergonomic input. These projects typically involve usability testing consisting of focus groups, mock-ups, user trials, designing feedback questionnaires, modifications to design, etc. HFN consultants can get involved at various stages of the design process and can work on design and re-design teams. This would involve the review of preliminary drawings, providing ergonomic input based on drawing reviews, and meetings with engineers, designers and end users to communicate the ergonomic requirements.
